Dear compatriots, dear veterans! 

On behalf of the Moscow Abkhaz Diaspora and on my own behalf I heartily congratulate you on the 31st anniversary of Victory and Independence Day in the Patriotic War of the people of Abkhazia in 1992-1993!

This day is a symbol of our common strength, unity and aspiration for freedom. The memory of those who heroically defended the independence of our Motherland will forever remain in our hearts. We honor the feat of every soldier and every civilian who fought for the freedom and independence of Abkhazia. Today we proudly remember the victory, which was the result of the unity and courage of our people. May this memorable date inspire us to new achievements, and peace and prosperity always reign in our land.
