GHIIA-is a new project from the musician. Having recorded his debut album, and performed as a songwriter, GHIIA later became interested in electronic music, and that was the impetus for writing songs of his own composition and recording of the album «THE SEA», which was released this year. Song THE SEA, first single and title track of the album, is a nostalgic, rhythmically intense ballad, in which intertwined his musical tastes. This is primarily ethnic music from his childhood, which GHIIA spent on the Black Sea coast of Abkhazia in Gagra, soul music and modern electronic sound. «THE SEA» (EP), written together with Andrei Samsonov, one of the best sound producers of Russia, having behind the release on the legendary label MUTE RECORDS as well as working with musicians such as Nick Cave, Mark Almond and Zemfira.
