Today, 25 April, were born Nelly Eshba (in 1928) - the first professional Abkhazian director, the first woman lawyer in Abkhazia, People's Artist of Abkhazia, Commander of the Order "Akhdz-Apsha" II degree. Tatiana Gulia (1919) - Honoured Worker of Culture of Abkhazia, the daughter of the national poet of Abkhazia Dmitry Gulia, Russian and Soviet literature specialist, worked as the director of the memorial museum of Dmitry Gulia.
