Ahmet Hapat (Ceylan) - Abaza nationality, one of the initiators of the Abkhaz Federation. Representatives of the Abkhaz Diaspora Ruslan Khagba and Solomon Gabliya, who visited elections, gave a welcome letter from the head of the Moscow Abkhaz Diaspora Agrba Beslan. " I am confident, that your organization that brings together one of the most numerous Abkhaz diaspora in the world, will contribute to strengthening comprehensive relations between Turkey and Abkhazia, the popularization of our country abroad and it’s socio-economic development. The deepening of relations between our diaspora, joint efforts and projects in various fields, aimed at the development of Abkhazia always will be one of priorities and activities of Moscow Abkhaz Diaspora." - Beslan Agrba said in his address.
