The 64th traditional meeting of the Moscow Abkhaz Diaspora was held in Moscow on the occasion of Victory and Independence Day. 

Head of the Moscow Abkhaz Diaspora Beslan Agrba opened the evening with a welcoming speech. The evening was held in a very warm and festive atmosphere under the guidance of toastmaster Nugzar Shoua.

The concert program was opened with a performance by opera diva, People's Artist of Abkhazia and Russia Khibla Gerzmava. In the program of the event as always the audience was pleased with bright and fiery performances of talented children's Moscow dance ensemble “Amtsabz” under the direction of choreographer Lasha Marukhba. Young Abkhazian musicians, many of whom have already become laureates and winners of international competitions Valeria Adleiba, Victoria Latsuzhba, Valeria Delba, Levan Pkhaladze and Laura Khagba, also delighted with their talent. The premiere of Valeria Adleiba's song “Warmth of the country of my soul” took place at the evening. One of the highlights of the evening was the performance of popular musician Blizkey.

This year, the Moscow Abkhazian Diaspora awarded certificates of honor and gifts to our young athletes and musicians: Khariton Agrba, Amina Anshba, Baras Kujba and Nestor Tsujba.

The festive evening was hosted by Alexander Chkadua.
