General Director of "Aqua-Abaza." Born in a family Abkhaz poet Kirschau Chachhalia in Tkuarchal. He graduated from the Abkhazian average boarding school in Suchum. In 1973 he graduated from the faculty of Translation Literary Institute in Moscow, and then worked in the position of correspondent of the newspaper "Sovetskaya Abkhazia" Sukhum, and later - the literary adviser of the Union of Writers of Abhazia.
